Wash hair with a clarifying shampoo to remove buildup. Do not scratch the scalp. Towel dry or blow-dry depending on the hair's condition.

Divide the hair into four sections. Apply the Smoothing Cream evenly, starting from the nape of the neck. Crucial: Keep the product at least 1/2 inch away from the scalp to prevent breakage or irritation.

Once the bonds are sufficiently relaxed, rinse the hair thoroughly with warm water until the water runs clear.
